Pete Gillespie Hosts OSHA Recordkeeping Requirements Webinar

02.19.2024

This year, many employers with 100 or more employees will be required to submit Form 300 and Form 301 records electronically to OSHA by March 2, 2024. This additional requirement is intended to create additional scrutiny both within OSHA and from entities that may gain access to employer records.

Affected employers will also face the additional burden of needing to remove personally identifiable information from their records before providing them to OSHA. Based on the risk of increased scrutiny of injury illness records, employers should be sure that they are maintaining accurate records.

In this webinar, Peter Gillespie covered:

  • Recordkeeping fundamentals
  • Common problems with injury and illness records
  • Electronic submissions
  • Personally identifiable information (PII) contained in Form 300 and Form 301 records
  • Enforcement concerns
