Overview

Laner Muchin attorneys represent clients in labor mediations before the Federal Mediation and Conciliation Service and public labor relations boards as well as in private mediation proceedings.  Our attorneys advise our clients on whether a labor dispute is well-suited for mediation, if not legally required, as well as the appropriate time to use mediation during the bargaining process.

Our attorneys prepare our clients for mediation and act as effective advocates of our clients’ position before the mediator to help insure the mediator is armed with the appropriate information to help bring the parties to a reasonable and favorable resolution of the dispute.
